I have been thinking of writing a blog for a long time now, specially on this topic as I am a big victim of this tragedy. But frankly as and when i start writing I run out of thoughts and with a reasonable English vocabulary skills it becomes difficult when you run out of thoughts. So here we go.
Question of a life time for each and every human surviving on this planet (surviving is the only word left to describe LIFE of today) "How can a person possibly be happy and satisfied with the kind of life he lives?"
I have got everything. A dream job, love of my life, Loving parents and in - laws. But still each and every day I feel I am not born for this, I am not made to be a "Software Engineer". Every day I ask only one question to myself "Is life only about making money?" Guess what the answer I get is "Yes" if you belong to an average middle class family. I can't afford to go after my dreams. I have always felt there are 3 kinds of people on this earth. 1) Who have so much in there life that even if they loose something, well it doesn't really matter to them (2) People who have nothing, so if they have nothing to loose they can do anything and the great number (3) The middle class, the great common men. Who has something and striving to get some more. There was a 4th kind called extra ordinary but unfortunately Politics of today have killed this category of people so lets just not take them into account.
I belong to the third kind I call them the "NO" category. People like me are use to the word "NO".
"Can I do something other then Engineering or Medical?" Answer - "NO"
"Did I get good marks in entrance exams?" Answer - "NO"
"Did I get the subject of my choice?" Answer - "NO"
"Did I get get selected in college campus?" Answer - "NO"
"Did I get the job on time?" Answer - "NO"
"Ok I got a job and quality work, but am I getting a package good enough to survive even without a family?" Answer - "NO"
"OK I got a good package but am I getting a respectable work?" Answer - "NO"
"Can I get a transfer to the town my wife lives in?" GUESS WHAT THE ANSWER FROM HR IS NO.
Even a person like HR who dose S**t in any company can say NO to us. Then why earn money why do something we never wanted to do. It is OK bear all kinds of issues at work if you are doing something we are we are interested in.
Anyways this is life and we have to do things that we really don't want to do at times. The point is to come back, to come back with a bang and I will.
