Neel's weekly workout routine

My weekly Routine
1) Saturday - Morning 8 KM run and 30 min weight Training, Evening 30 min Jordan Session

2) Sunday - Morning 8 KM run and 30 min weight Training, Evening 30 min Weight Training

3) Monday - OFF

4) Tuesday - Morning 3 KM Walk 1 KM Fast Run and Pranayam, Evening - 4 KM Walk/Run OR 30 Min Jordan Abs session

5) Wednesday - Morning - 80 Surya Namaskar 20 Burpees and Pranayam, Evening - 4 KM Walk/Run OR 30 Min Jordan Abs session

6) Thursday - Morning Fast 4 KM Run and 30 min weight Training, Evening - 4 KM Walk/Run OR 30 Min Jordan Abs session

7) Friday - 45 Min Weight Training just for fun

*Intensity depends on mood, but I make sure to complete my syllabus*
